A) Purchase at Wholesale Price with no minimum quantity required

E) Pay only 50% of the invoice amount by due date, balance payment within 7 days when the order is ready.
(A separate email will be sending informing the balance payment's due date)
* Interest at 2% per day will be charged on the outstanding amount if balance payment is not received by due date.)

Note:

A. Spend a minimum of $100.00(not inclusive of postage & delivery fees) in a single receipt and you will automatically become a member. You will get to enjoy the benefits stated above from your 2nd purchases onwards.

B. Pay a Membership fee of $10.00 and you will enjoy all the benefits as stated above from your very 1st purchase.

Purchase Guidelines

1. Please place your order via email to danhuaixiao@hotmail.com using the Order Form Format. Order via phone or sms will not be entertained.

2. Estimated waiting time:
Pre-order items - 3 to 6 weeks
"In-Stock" items – 2 working days.
(Note: from the day you make payment)

3. Please ensure you have the correct product code, colour and size. I will not be responsible if there is any mistake in your order. Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement. Colours may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.

4. Only Members of C-Cheng's Wardrobe are eligible to purchase at wholesale price. Minimum 5 pieces is needed for Non-Members to purchase at wholesale price.

5. An invoice will be send to you within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Please resend your order if you do not receive any invoice after 48 hours.

6. Please pay by the due date stated or it will be cancelled. Order will only be processed after payment is received.

7. Cancellation or alteration of order is not allowed after payment is received.

8. Customers will be notified by email about their order status

9. Collection of order -via Post only

10. Please refer to Postage rates for the rates and additional fees for postage.

11. I will not be responsible for any lost of orders via Normal post. Therefore REGISTERED post is highly recommended, especially if your order has more than 5 items.

12. Items sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
Defective exchange can be made within 7 days from the day I posted out the items/ Collection of order.

13. All terms and conditions are subject to changes without prior notices.

Exchange/ Replacement Policy

Only "SOLD OUT" product is eligible for refund, for all other reasons, only exchange or replacement is allowed.

1. Applicable for Exchange:

- Deliver wrong products: Products are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered.
- Products with prominent quality problems, eg, torns and holes, big patches of soiled stains

Returning deadline:
- Singapore buyers please inform within 3 days
- Overseas buyers please inform within 1 week
- Overdue returns will not be processed

a. A replacement of the defective item.
b. Exchange for another item of the same value or lesser. No refund will be given if you choose an item of lower value.
c. Exchange for another item of higher value. You will need to top up the difference in amount.

2. Not applicable for product returns:

I do not accept subjective reasons for returns:
- Change of mind
- Do not like the color, color difference
- Fabric not high-quality enough
- Not comfortable to wear
- Not as pretty as expected
- Too transparent
- Loose threads, crumpled
- Size don't fit (please do check the measurements before placing order)
- Products that are unpacked, washed and worn
- Discounted products
- Damage due to not able to be stretched

Due to the limited number of each style of products, please follow the above product returning policy. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Steps for Exchange/ Replacement:
- Please email me the photos of the item showing the prominent quality problem.
- Your purchases details, ie the invoice number and date of purchase.
